Sometimes the use of historical data can lead to proactive strategies.

If a brand makes a mistake, which most do at some point, the best thing they can do is learn from it. If they're able to pinpoint what caused the issue in the first place, planning and avoiding the same situation in the future is that much easier.

If this were considered an important topic for their brand, identifying what caused the major slump in consumer perceptions could allow them to avoid the same scenario in the future.
